ABOUT ME

In 2012 started my journey making jams & relish (& peanut paste as well as other general foods) when I saw how my 3 girls were reacting to the
ARTIFICIAL COLOURS FLAVOURS, COLOURS & PRESERVITIVES in the foods they ate, so I made the decision to go back generations and make foods the way our grandparents and great grandparents did. After many years of testing the products on my family, friends and P&C school fetes I decided to make my yummy flavoured condiments for all of you to enjoy as well!!!

I am small 100% Australian owned business located in Glenore Grove between Ipswich & Toowoomba and my commercial kitchen in Salisbury, South Brisbane.

Our jars of yummy goodness can be found at local markets in Manly, Samford, Moggill, Graceville, Laidley, Hatton Vale, Ipswich, MInden SS when special events are on, Marburg Garden Festival & Sophia College Plainlands Twilight Markets in October & Murphys Creek Chilli Festival in September

DUKKAH

"Dukkah is thought to of originated in Egypt. With a blend of spices, seeds and nuts that is served with olive oil and bread for dipping."

I recommend Dukkah to be sprinkled over avocado on toast, hommus & yoghurt even sprinkled through a salad or on eggs. Adds lovely crunch and a flavour explosion where ever you use it

I had the great privilege of entering this competition this year 2021 for my first ever judging of my products after only being in business for 3.5 months!!! I entered my Blueberry Habanero Jam and placed 3rd, I was super proud that others enjoy this jam as much as my family and friends!!!!
